A single Pinkfoot with the Greylag flock, 7 Canadas, 8 Gadwall, 4 Goldeneye (all males, two adults), 4 Ravens & 2 Redpolls. A feature so far this winter has been the good number of large gulls present throughout the day with a fairly regular turnover of birds allowing for better views and a more prolonged study/search of them. This morning they included an adult Yellow-l-Gull and 2 Caspian Gulls (adult or near adult & first-winter). In the roost tonight 1st & 2ndW Caspian Gulls with a Barn Owl on the west bank. Later still 4 Woodcocks emerged out of their daytime roost in Carr Wood 1623-31.
