A Little Tern arrived at 0900 and performed well in front of the car park, being present up to 1500 at least. This is the 27th record for Ogston and the earliest by seven days. Also a Mute Swan, 6+ Mandarins, 4+ Gadwall, 14 Tufteds, fem Goldeneye, 4 Oystercatchers, LRPlover through, Common Sand on the dam wall, a Common Tern briefly around 0920, 4 Willow Tits included two singing birds, 5 Willow Warblers, 7 Chiffchaffs, 2/3 Blackcaps, Lesser Whitethroat in the car park area & 2 Bramblings flew south.
