A nice drake Red-crested Pochard was off the west bank, only the ninth record for here. Also 5+ Mandarins, 13 Gadwall, 4 Teal, drake Shoveler, 22 Tufteds, c10 C. Buzzards, 2/3 Sparrowhawks, 3 Kestrels, 6 Oystercatchers, single LRPlover, Curlew heard, 21 BHGulls, a Yellow Wagtail south, 2 Willow Tits, 6 Willow Warblers, 4+ Chiffchaffs & 4 Blackcaps.
