Single Whooper Swan from midday, female Shelduck, 4 Mandarins, 8 Gadwall, pair of Pintail, 13 Tufteds, drake Pochard, 4 Goldeneye, 6 Goosander, 3 Grey Partridges, 25 GC & 6 Little Grebes, 4 Oystercatchers, 283 Lapwings, 22 Stock Doves, 2 Ravens, 2 Skylarks SW, the Twite on the west bank with c 40 Linnets & c10 Goldfinches. A walk behind the dam wall failed to produce the hoped for Dipper but the feeders were busy, highlights being 4 Siskins, 4 Tree Sparrows & 2 Bramblings.
