Single Mute Swan, 5 Canadas, 18 Gadwall, 4 Pochard, 5 Goldeneye, a Woodcock, 2 Chiffchaffs, c 40 Redwings, 4+ Siskins, a Redpoll. The Twite was still present this morning but was more elusive and couldn’t be located late afternoon though neither could it’s ‘common congeners’. A 1stW Yellow-l-Gull and two Caspian Gulls (ad & 1stW) this morning while in the roost 4 Yellow-l-Gulls (2 ads & 2x 1stW) and 2 Caspian Gulls, both 1stW with possibly a 2ndW bird though most in fact provoked some discussion. It ain’t easy.
