An Osprey that arrived @ 1100 was possibly a new bird, no rings were visible. Also f. Gadwall with three young, 4 Teal, 1 Mandarin, 85 Tufted Ducks (the most so far this year), pr. of Common Terns with three chicks, ad. Yellow-l-Gull and a Green Woodpecker. At least seven Little Egrets in the morning but this was eclipsed by twelve roosting at the south end in the evening, again a new site record count.
