A Sandwich Tern was present 0745-0807 before leaving over the dam wall and a Little Egret lingered briefly at around the same time. Both were new for the year with the Sandwich Tern being the first since 15 June 2014. Also single Mute Swan & Pink-footed Goose, 4 Goldeneye, 6 Oystercatchers, 3 Curlews, Little Ringed Plover through and yesterday’s Green Woodpecker seen well in flight across the west car park and onto the east bank.
