Ogston’s earliest ever Sand Martin flew through around 0900, the previous earliest record being on 9 March 2015. Also a drake Wigeon, 25 Gadwall (a good count for here), 6 Goldeneye, 8 Little Grebes, 4 Oystercatchers, 50 Lapwings, 2 Curlews and a Snipe. Challenging conditions for the gull roost with 1stW Caspian & 2ndW Yellow-legged Gull of note.
