The monthly bird walk produced the goods with c10 Waxwings in the garden opposite the top of hide lane. Also 55 Greylags with the single Pinkfoot still, drake Gadwall, 10 Tufteds, 5 Goldeneye, 8 Goosanders, 32 GCGrebes, c360 Lapwings including the leucistic bird, 2 Common Gulls, 2 Ravens, 2 Skylarks over, 13 Redwings & 4 Lesser Redpolls by Carr Pond, A lot of disturbance at the gull roost again, the culprit being a juvenile male Goshawk, though a first-winter Caspian Gull was found in Chapel Bay.
