Birds: Blackbird, Blackcap, Bullfinch, Carrion Crow, Chaffinch, Chiffchaff, Common Whitethroat, Mallard, Moorhen, Robin, Song Thrush. There is also a Blackbird nesting in the Old Pumphouse.
Butterflies: Green-veined White, Orange Tip, Peacock(2), Speckled Wood.
Damselflies: Large Red.
Amphibians: Toad(let)
Plants in the Bottom Pond: A few pieces of Rigid Hornwort (native, introduced) still surviving amongst the mass of alien Canadian Waterweed. Broad-leaved Pondweed (native, introduced).
