136 Greylag & 83 Canada Geese, 22 Gadwall, 2 Shoveler, 2 Wigeon, 8 Tufted Ducks, 3 Goldeneye, 10 Little Grebes, 3 C.Buzzards, 256 Lapwings, c540 Stock Doves in the sunflower field (a site record count), 1 Kestrel, 1 Raven, 3 Willow Tits, 2 Fieldfares, c206 Redwings (some SE movement), Mistle Thrush singing (for over a week now), 2 Meadow Pipits and at least two Siskins. Plenty of Greenfinches & Chaffinches around still even though the sunflower field has been cut. Rumours of plans to extend the recording area to include Beeley village have yet to be officially denied.
