Another interesting day; Black Swan still present with 2 Mute Swans, 4 Mandarins, 5 Gadwall, c10 Teal, 12 Tufteds, Osprey at around 0935, 2/3 Sparrowhawks, Oystercatchers, 1 Redshank, Black-tailed Godwit for it’s third day, 4 Snipe, 2 Common Sands, 2 Arctic Terns thru NE at 0900, single BHGull, 3 GBBGulls, 3/4 Swifts, 8 Waxwings still on ivy berries in the Brackenfield Church/ Church Farm area tho only 4/5 were seen later in the day, in the West Bank area singing Warblers were 6 Chiffchaffs, 6 Willow Warblers, 5 Blackaps & 3 Sedge Warblers. A Yellow Wagtail in the afternoon was the first of the year.
