1 Mute Swan, 117 Canada & 93 Greylag Geese, 3 Teal, 1 Oystercatcher, 1 Ringed & 6+ LRPlovers, 2 stunning ‘ islandica ‘ Black-tailed Godwits on the west bank, 1 Common Tern, 2 Common Gulls, usual GBBGull, a Lesser Whitethroat on the car park was only the second record this year of this previously regular breeder, a different Reed Warbler was singing from Carr Pond and a Yellow Wagtail flew south at 1110 – summer has already slipped into autumn in the avian calendar.
