Yesterday’s 4 Whooper Swans were joined by another 29 (with, bizarrely, a Black Swan) making 33 in total. Several skeins of Pinkfeet went through NW ; 82+c50+70+ a group heard only and a final flock of 44 that dropped in to feed with other geese in the field beside Ogston Hall drive. Also 6 Mandarins, 6 Pochard (3 drakes), 4 Goldeneye (1 drake), 8 Goosander, 42 GCGrebes and the Twite.
