2 Mute Swans, 6 Mandarins, 8 Gadwall, 3 Shoveler, 253 Tufteds didn’t include the family group – hopefully still around, Osprey (original bird from early last week), juv Peregrine, single Oystercatcher, 2 Greenshank at 0700, 3 Swifts, 10+ Chiffchaffs, a Willow Warbler, 2+ Whitethroats, a Willow Tit. Bird of the day goes to a Common Redstart in the car park area, a scarce, less than annual migrant recently.
