58 Canada & 31 Greylag Geese, 5 Gadwall, 2 Shoveler, 25 Tufted Ducks, 36 Pochard (the most all winter), 6 Little & 3 G.C.Grebes, 104 Lapwings. An adult Peregrine zapped a Coot on the west bank but was accidently flushed by passers-by, the victim staggered down to the water’s edge looking very distressed but recovered remarkably quickly.
