The large ad/4thW Iceland Gull was in the roost with still good numbers of big gulls but a lot less Black-headeds. Also 2 Curlews, 2 Bramblings and 20+ Sand Martins.

13 Gadwall, 12 Tufteds, 8 Goldeneye, single Goosander, 7 Buzzards, 2 Sparrowhawks, 4 Oystercatchers, 2/3 Curlews, single Sand Martin, 39 Fieldfares, 5+ Chiffchaffs and 2 Bramblings.

5 Gadwall, 8 Tufteds, 7 Goldeneye, 2 Goosander, 4 Oystercatchers, 2 different Red Kites at 1000 and 1700, 8 Sand Martins, 2 Bramblings.

3 Mandarins, 11 Gadwall, 5 Tufteds, 6 Goldeneye, Little Egret, 6 Buzzards, 3 Sparrowhawks, 4 Oystercatchers, Redshank, 4 Curlews, Raven, 5 singing Chiffchaffs.

23 Canada & 15 Greylag Geese, 20 Mandarins, 15 Gadwall, 8 Tufteds, fem. Pochard, 7 Goldeneye, Little Egret, 6 Buzzards, 2 Sparrowhawks, 4 Oystercatchers, just 3 Lapwings, 2 Curlews, 78 Redwings NE in one flock, 5 singing Chiffchaffs.

Not much news from Sunday but the Little Egret was still present as was the Twite.

Drake Wigeon, 6 Goldeneye, drake Goosander, a Little Egret, a Sand Martin (the second this year on a more typical arrival date) and the Twite still showing in front of the Hide.

Drake Wigeon, 6 Goldeneye, 4 Goosander, 5 Curlews, Twite and 2 Bramblings. In the roost a (possibly new) first-winter Iceland Gull.

3 Shelduck, 6 Mandarins, 9 Gadwall, drake Wigeon, 6 Goldeneye, 5 Goosander, at least 5 Curlews at dusk, Willow Tit, a pair of Bramblings on the feeders. Nothing of note in the gull roost for the second night running.
