A Shoveler, 7 Buzzards, 2 Sparrowhawks, a Curlew south, 2 Swallows, 17 House Martins, c70 Goldfinches and a Redpoll.

2 Whooper Swans flew NE, 2 Mute Swans, 11 Mandarins, 1 Gadwall, 26 Teal, 6 Tufteds, 25 GCGrebes, 4 Little Grebes, 1stW Common Gull, 3 Kingfishers, 10+ Chiffchaffs & 2 Blackcaps.

51 Mandarins, 20 Wigeon, 3 Pintail, Little Egret and the Stonechat still.

4 Whooper Swans over & 46 Pink-footed Geese, 136 Greylags, 2 Hobbies, Goshawk, 2 Kingfishers, 120 House Martins, c20 Swallows and the first Stonechat this year.

9 Whooper Swans over. Excellent vis-mig counts from Highoredish with 1127 Meadow Pipits, 106 Swallows, 89 Siskins & 39 Chaffinches.

A juvenile Arctic Tern in the morning and the year’s first Black Tern in the afternoon. Also two Hobbies, an adult and a juvenile.
