Two Red Kites were soaring east of the res @1120, the first this year. Also 4 Gadwall, 2 Mandarins, 2 Goldeneye, 6 G.C.Grebes, 2 Oystercatchers and the male Brambling on the hide feeders.

2 Gadwall, 3 Goldeneye, c160 Lapwings, 2 Oystercatchers, a Curlew, a Raven, 2 Dippers on the river, single Brambling & 4 Tree Sparrows. A small calidrid, probably a Dunlin, flew high south.

43 Canada & 30 Greylag Geese, 3 Gadwall, 2 Shoveler, 10+ Teal, 30 Pochard, 21 Tufteds, 1 Goldeneye, 2 Oystercatchers (presumably the return of the breeding pair) plus a Kingfisher & a male Brambling on the hide feeders.
