A fairly quiet morning with 15 Gadwall, 3 Goldeneye, a Dunlin and the female Stonechat.

Today’s highlight was a Black Redstart found early afternoon in the Brackenfield Church/Butterfield Farm area, only the fifth site record and the first since 2003. Also today a good count of 14 Gadwall, 10 Wigeon, 6 Tufteds & 2 Goldeneye.
