A very Spring-like afternoon at the reserve, sunny, largely windless, and 7 degrees C. Blackbird, Blue Tit, Bullfinch (2 males), Carrion Crow, Goldfinch, Great Tit, Kestrel, Nuthatch, Robin, Wren.

Blue Tit, Bullfinch, Goldfinch, Great Tit, Nuthatch, Robin, Treecreeper, Wren. Snowdrops (C4c, H4) and Spring Crocus (C4c) in flower. (Reported by Peter Faulkner and Jeff Davies)

2 Bullfinch, Buzzard, Great tit, Blue tit, Woodpigeon, Long-tailed tit, Woodpigeon, wren.

Just 1 to 2 degrees C this morning and still a little snow in shaded spots on the reserve. Not much moving: Blue Tit, Great Tit, Nuthatch.
