Some sightings provided by John Parlby from a rather showery visit:
5 Swifts were observed, 2 Chiff Chaff, and a Chaffinch heard.
Several Ringlet, Meadow Brown, a few Burnett Moths.
John also provided a photograph of a fly, identified by Nikki as likely to be Yellow Dung-fly Scathophaga stercoraria. The other fly it was eating could not be identified due to a lack of key features.
