The week 25 and week 26 transect walks were reported by Nikki Mahadevan. For week 25 see Nikki’s earlier post headed 20th September (the Common Blue mentioned was unfortunately outside of the transect recording area).
Nikki produced two records for week 26, one for the 26th and another for the 29th September.
26th: 2 Red Admiral, 1 Small Copper, 5 Small Tortoiseshell, 4 Speckled Wood. 1 Silver Y moth.
29th: 5 Comma, 1 Peacock, 1 Red Admiral, 3 Small Tortoiseshell, 6 Speckled Wood.
