2 Mute Swans, 2 Mandarins, 74 Teal, 12 Gadwall, 6 Shoveler, 1 Wigeon, 68 Tufteds, 39 GCGrebes, a Little Egret, 170 Coots (best count since 184 in September 2003), 4 Common Buzzards, 3 Sparrowhawks, a Kestrel, 27 Lapwings, 2 Snipe, ad Yellow-l-Gull, 2 Ravens, 19 Stock Doves and the leucistic Wood Pigeon still, 31 Long-tailed Tits in one group with c30 Blue Tits & 5 Chiffchaffs, a Grey Wagtail. A trickle of vis-mig at the res in less than ideal conditions produced 16 Mipits, 8 ‘Alba’ Wags, 3 Grey Wags, 17 House Martins, 10 Swallows & a Yellowhammer.
