Compensation in the form of an Arctic Tern in over the dam wall then north-east at 0745 and an Osprey again in from the south-east at 1025 and departing north-west. Also 2 Mute Swans, Pink-footed Goose, several Gadwall & Mandarins, two drake Shoveler, pair of Wigeon, 24 Teal, 5 Goldeneye (one drake), c15 Tufteds, 4 Oystercatchers, 2 Curlews, Green Woodpecker, Raven, Sedge Warbler, single Yellow & Grey Wagtails.
