An adult Whooper Swan present during heavy rain early morning left NW at 0855, 9 Wigeon drake Shoveler, 16 Tufteds Ducks, 2 Pochard, 4 Goldeneye, 7 Goosander, 3 Grey Wagtails, 1 Hawfinch. A harvested crop field on Crow Lane had a nice flock of c60 Chaffinches, 3 Bramblings and 5 Yellowhammers with charms of c30 Goldfinches at both Crow Lane and by the main car park. One of yesterday’s ad Caspian Gulls was in the roost later. No other news reported to me.
