5+ Little Egrets, 1 Teal, G.C.Grebe pair with three chicks in Chapel Bay, several C. Buzzards, 1 Sparrowhawk, ad Yellow-l-Gull, 5 Common Terns, 30+  Swifts still, 50+ House Martins and a very spotty juvenile Spotted Flycatcher on the west bank.

1 Mute Swan, 161 Canada Geese, 10 Little Egrets, f. Gadwall with three young, 3 Mandarins, 81 Tufted Ducks, 1 Oystercatcher, 1 Curlew, 1 Common Snipe (first of the autumn), 2 Ospreys, ad. Yellow-legged Gull & 5 Common Terns.

Today 5+Little Egrets, a drake Common Scoter, Osprey, Peregrine, Hobby and 7 Common Terns. Also Spotted Flycatcher, Lesser Whitethroat and a Crossbill calling in the Sailing Club grounds.
