Sightings from this morning’s work party.
Amphibians: Froglet.
Birds: Blackbird, Blackcap, Blue Tit, Bullfinch, Carrion Crow, Chaffinch, Chiffchaff, Great Spotted Woodpecker, Moorhen, Song Thrush, Woodpigeon, Wren.
Butterflies: Green-veined White, Orange Tip, Speckled Wood.
Damselflies: Azure (recently emerged), Large Red.
Other invertebrates: Figwort Weevil Cionus scrophulariae, Noon Fly Mesembrina meridiana, St. Mark’s Fly Bibio marci,
