A moth trap was set up between the garden hedge and the brook on 4th September and was emptied early the following morning.
2 Brown China Mark, 3 Canary Thorn, 2 The Snout, 1 Acleris laterana/camariana, 1 Mouse Moth, 1 Lesser Yellow Underwing, 6 Square-spot Rustic, 12 Large Yellow Underwing, 3 Copper Underwing agg., 1 Celypha lacunana, 2 Green Carpet, 1 Rosy Rustic, 1 Flame Carpet.
Also Caddis Flies Glyphotoaelius pellucidus and Limnephilus lunatus and a Rove Beetle (Deleaster dichrous).
