3 Mute Swans, total of 18 Whooper Swans with 3+6 (all adults) SE from Highoredish this morning and 9 ( 4 adults & 5 juveniles) landing briefly mid-afternoon before continuing SE, 8 Wigeon, 12 Shoveler, 4 Goosander, a Goldeneye, 3 Peregrines in the air together, ad Yellow-legged & 2ndW Caspian Gull again, female Stonechat (not yesterday’s male). Additional vis-mig totals; 11690 Wood Pigeons (site record), 165 Redwings, 1 Song Thrush, 4 Mistle Thrushes, 107 Starlings, 15 Jays, 36 Goldfinches, 41 Lesser Redpolls, 28 Chaffinches, 28 Siskins, 9 Skylarks, 4 ‘alba’ Wagtails, 9 Mipits & 2 Reed Buntings.
