JMNR Sightings 29th August 2016

Buzzard, Rook, Carrion crow, Jackdaw, Wood Pigeon, Raven (heard), Juvenile Sedge Warbler (confirmed by Steve Mann) first record for site.
Brown Hawker, Emerald damselfly, Southern Hawker, Common Darter. 22-spot Ladybird, conops flavipes, (a thick-headed fly), Poecilobothrus nobilitatus (a fly), Rutpela maculata (a longhorn beetle), Xylota Segnis (hoverfly), Rhopalus subrufus (a bug), Common Ground hopper, Eriothrix rufomaculata (a tachinid fly), Neoascia sp. (hoverfly), Phaonia angelicae (housefly).
