5 Shoveler, 2 Gadwall, 18 Tufteds, 1stW drake Goldeneye, 1 Water Rail, 33 Coots, Willow Tit and a Chiffchaff. For a body of water as large as Ogston the wildfowl totals are really poor, probably as a result of winter sailing and the continuing extensions to the fishing season at a critical time when numbers should be building up.
