Sightings from today’s work party:
Blue Tit, Bullfinch (2), Carrion Crow (over), Chaffinch, Great Tit, Grey Heron (over), Long-tailed Tit, Redwing (flock over), Wren.
Various fungi, including Candle Snuff Fungus (Xylaria hypoxylon), Jelly Ear (Auricularia auricula-judae), King Alfred’s Cakes (Daldinia concentrica), and Yellow Brain Fungus (Tremella mesenterica). Also some brackets, possibly Grey Polypore (Bjerkandera adusta).
