24 Mallard, 19 Gadwall, 42 Teal, 6 Shoveler, 3 Pochard, 6 Goldeneye, 16 Goosander roosted, Water Raul calling, 4 Oystercatchers, 17 Snipe, Willow Tit. In the gull roost Tuesday’s bird was confirmed as an adult Glaucous/Herring Gull hybrid (‘Viking’ Gull) and could well be the same bird seen several times in February last year.
